Earthquake 6.6 SR Shake Bali

Earthquake again rocked parts of Indonesia. This morning, Friday (12/2/2010) at 01.43.06 pm, an earthquake rocked Bali measuring 6.6 SR .

Based on information from Board the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG), the quake occurred at coordinates 10.11 South Latittude -113.85 East Longitude, or 210 km South West Nusa Dua Bali.

The epicenter is known quite shallow, which is 10 km from the sea surface. However, this earthquake is not a potential tsunami.
